Uncoiler Machine

The decoiling system is designed to continuously feed color steel coils (PPGI: Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron) into the sandwich panel production line.
It can be manufactured in different configurations, such as cone type and arm type, to meet various production requirements.

For the arm-type decoiling system, a coil car is usually equipped to assist with safe and efficient coil loading. The capacity of the decoiler depends on the supplied coil weight. Typically, a minimum of two decoiling systems is required for one sandwich panel production line to ensure continuous production. For higher productivity, some customers choose to install additional decoiling systems to minimize downtime during coil changeovers.
