Mineral Wool Section

The mineral wool feeding section is a fully automated system designed to ensure accurate, stable, and continuous feeding of mineral wool slabs into the sandwich panel production line.
The system is equipped with an automatic centering unit, which precisely aligns the mineral wool slabs to the production line center, ensuring uniform core positioning and consistent panel geometry.

An automatic slitting system accurately cuts the mineral wool slabs into required widths, supporting different panel dimensions and production specifications. The turnover unit then rotates the mineral wool into a vertical fiber (vertical lamella) structure, significantly improving panel compressive strength, fire resistance performance, and overall mechanical properties.

All functions are synchronized with the line speed and controlled via the PLC system, enabling high-speed, continuous production with high precision and repeatability, while ensuring stable quality of mineral wool sandwich panels.
