Roll Forming Machine

The roll forming system is designed to produce various panel profiles with high precision, supported by a self-developed roll design program and intelligent control system.
The machine features a servo-driven automatic width adjustment system, allowing the working width to be smoothly and accurately adjusted within the range of 500 mm to 1,200 mm through the touch screen interface, significantly reducing setup time and manual intervention.

According to the number of required panel profiles, customers can choose between a fixed type or a rail-mounted movable type roll forming system. To optimize investment cost while maintaining production flexibility, the system can also be configured as a dual type or cassette type.

The dual type roll forming machine integrates two complete sets of forming rollers in one base frame, while the cassette type roll forming system is typically equipped with multiple interchangeable cassettes. With the shared base frame design, profile changeover can be completed in a short time using an overhead crane, enabling fast and efficient profile switching and minimizing production downtime.
