Cooling System

The cooling system is a critical unit in the sandwich panel production line, designed to continuously dissipate the latent heat of finished sandwich panels during automatic production.
Each sandwich panel is conveyed horizontally at a controlled and synchronized speed, ensuring uniform cooling and seamless integration with the overall production rhythm.

The latent heat varies according to panel thickness. Without an appropriate cooling process, direct stacking may cause surface temperature accumulation, leading to post-deformation due to material shrinkage and expansion. This deformation is one of the main causes of surface waviness in sandwich panels.

To support continuous operation and automatic pacing, the cooling system is equipped with a PVC belt driving mechanism and protective guards, enabling smooth, damage-free panel transportation while maintaining stable line speed and consistent product quality.
