Double Belt Press (Continuous Press)

The double belt slat conveyor, also known as the caterpillar system, is designed to ensure high-quality polyurethane foaming by maintaining the proper temperature and applying controlled pressure throughout the laminating process.
As one of the core components of the sandwich panel production line, the caterpillar system directly determines the production speed, which is closely related to its effective length.

The system is mechanically divided into upper and lower units, each driven by an independent drive system. Precise synchronization between the upper and lower caterpillars is critical to achieving consistent panel thickness, uniform density, and high overall panel quality. In addition, the surface flatness of the slats plays an important role in ensuring excellent panel surface appearance.

The caterpillar height can be automatically adjusted to match different sandwich panel thicknesses. A side block system is also equipped to counteract the lateral thrust generated during polyurethane foaming, ensuring dimensional stability and reliable continuous production.
