Bandsaw Cutting Machine

The sandwich panel cutting system is a fully automated unit designed for high-speed and high-precision cutting of finished sandwich panels.
The required panel length and quantity are accurately set by the operator via the touch screen control system, ensuring stable and repeatable cutting performance during continuous production.

The cutting system can be manufactured in circular saw type or band saw type. The circular saw type adopts dual rotating circular tip saws, allowing high-speed cutting and supporting mass production with high efficiency. Although the cut surface is relatively rough, it is fully protected by the galvanized and painted layers, providing excellent anti-corrosion performance.

Alternatively, the band saw type uses a single continuous rotating band saw, delivering precise cutting accuracy and producing a clean and smooth cut surface, making it suitable for applications with higher surface quality requirements.
